Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2/3 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/3 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 c. water or canned beef broth
  • 4 tsp. flour
Steps:
  • Brown beef in large skillet.
  • Add spices.
  • Sprinkle flour over beef and stir well for about two minutes over medium heat.
  • Add water or broth.
  • Cook on low until thickened (about 15 minutes).
  • Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
