Cucumber Salad (Vegetarian)
Description: A tangy, cool and refreshing summer side. Easy to make and gets better day after day.
Serving Size: 2
Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients: - ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp dillweed
- ¼ tsp grated lemon peel (or lemon juice)
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 2 cups sliced (and peeled) cucumber
Steps: - Mix ingredients in bowl.
- Add cucumber.
- Cover overnight.
