  • ¼ tsp dillweed
  • ¼ tsp grated lemon peel (or lemon juice)
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 2 cups sliced (and peeled) cucumber

  • Mix ingredients in bowl.
  • Add cucumber.
  • Cover overnight.
