Description: A cold vinegar based green bean and onion salad. Particularly a favorite in the summer, but good year-round. Easy to make and serves many.

Ingredients:
  • French Cut Style frozen green beans (1 pkg)
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • ˝ cup vegetable oil
  • ˝ cup white vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Steps:
  • Cook green beans (on low end)
  • Drain.
  • Combine w/ onion.
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Add ˝ cup oil to coat green beans
  • Add ˝ cup (+) vinegar
  • Add 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • Mix and chill at least 3 hours.
