Preparation: Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  • 1 lb. bag of baby carrots
  • 2 TBS maple syrup (the real kind)
  • 1 TBS olive oil
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir together.
  • Arrange the carrots on a lightly-oiled baking sheet, and bake until lightly brown, about 15 minutes.
