Description: Tasty casserole dish that takes very little time to prepare!

Preparation: Preheat oven to 350.

  • 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3-4 slices swiss cheese
  • can cream of chicken soup (fat-free, reduced sodium is fine)
  • 1/2 c. sherry
  • 2 cups Pepperidge Farms cornbread stuffing
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Place chicken in glass baking dish.
  • Cover each breast with slice of swiss cheese.
  • Mix sherry with cream of chicken soup, pour over the top.
  • Cover with dry stuffing. Drizzle chicken broth over the top. (original recipe calls for 1 stick butter, if you want, go for it)
  • Bake for 1 hour at 350.
  • ~11 WW points/serving.
