Can be made with 2% shredded cheese, lower fat sausage (or just less), and reduced fat crescent rolls for a lower fat version.

With 2%, lower fat sausage, and RF rolls, it's 5 WW pts per serving.

Does that help? It's refrigerated dough that is precut into triangles (well perforated, not completely cut) If you roll them, they come out like flaky croissants.

Cherie - do you have quantities for the eggs, milk, and cheese? I'm going to try this for my in-laws visit this weekend!

    Thanks!

how do you think it would be if I had to go w/soymilk (plain) and no cheese? I'm thinking the crescent rolls may be "buttery" enough to carry it?

CMT - I do breakfast casseroles all the time without milk mixed with the eggs Never had an issue. Sometimes I'll split to a 9x9 and a loaf pan from a 9x13 and put cheese in the 9x9 and skip the cheese on the other I also sometimes hold the cheese as a topper.

Anyone ever put veggies in it? I'm thinking of throwing in some broccoli when I make it in the morning.
