Difficulty: SUPER easy

  • approx. pkg. graham crackers
  • 1 small pkg. sliced almonds (about 50-75g)
  • 1 cup butter
  • cup brown sugar
  • 1 small pkg. chocolate chips
  • Spread a lightly greased cookie sheet with graham crackers and sprinkle with sliced almonds.
  • Melt butter, add brown sugar and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  • Keep stirring as it boils for 3 minutes.
  • Pour mixture over graham crackers and bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and scatter chocolate chips on top, spreading as they melt.
  • Cool, refrigerate and break into chunks.
  • The rocca is best served cold, so I usually keep it in the freezer.
