    Default No Peek Chicken

    Order nail wraps from a Jamberry Independent Consultant
    Time: Quick prep, 2hrs baking

    Difficulty: EASY

    Ingredients:
    • 2 1/2lbs chicken pieces
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 can cream of celery soup
    • 3/4 cup milk
    • 1 envelope lipton's onion soup mix
    • 1 1/2 cups minute rice
    Steps:
    • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
    • Mix cream soups, milk and rice.
    • Pour into a 9x13 pan sprayed with Pam, spreading evenly. Carefully lay raw chicken over the rice. Sprinkle Lipton's onion soup mix over the top. Cover with foil and bake for 2hrs...... NO PEEKING!!!!!!!

    We've made this twice now and changed the recipe just a little bit because I didn't have the soups i needed. This is one of our faves now. Love it! This time, I used cream of mushroom and I had no other acceptable cream of soups. So, I used one of those soups to go that was a creamy chicken. Worked fine. Last time, I had no cream of chicken or celery so it was mushroom and mixed in some chicken broth. Guess I need to stock up on the cream of celery, mushroom, and chicken soups!

    Jess, I can't even begin to tell you how much my whole family LOVES this chicken! Our middle DS, Colin, is our resident chef now when it's time to make it. Yummo! Thanks so much for sharing.
