Description: An easy biscuit recipe that tastes a LOT like the ones at Red Lobster.

Serving Size: 8 biscuits

Time: 15 minutes

Difficulty: easy

  • 1 1/2 cups of Bisquick (regular or lite)
  • 2/3 to 3/4 cup of milk (start with 2/3 and if it's too dry, gradually add a little more)
  • 2/3 cup of cheddar cheese (all I had was a Mexican blend and that worked fine too!)
  • 1/3 tsp garlic powder
  • Heat oven to 450 degrees and lightly grease a cookie sheet.
  • In a bowl, mix all ingredients together. The batter should not be runny but also not too thick or dry.
  • Spoon "blobs" of biscuit batter onto the greased cookie sheet and bake for 9 minutes or until golden brown.
  • For an extra treat, about halfway through, mix a little bit of melted butter with a sprinkling of garlic powder and brush over the half baked biscuits.
