    Default Meatball Sub Casserole

Order nail wraps from a Jamberry Independent Consultant
Description: It reminds me of a cross between pizza and lasagna. Very yummy, and makes everyone in my family happy!

Preparation: **skip the first step if you have pre-made meatballs

    Ingredients:
    • 1/3 c. green onions (or 1 Tbsp. minced)
    • 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    • 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan
    • 1 pound ground beef
    • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella
    • 1 pound loaf Italian Bread, cut into 1 inch slices
    • 1 package cream cheese
    • 1/2 cup mayo
    • 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
    • 1/2 tsp. pepper
    • 28 ounce jar spaghetti sauce
    • 1 cup water
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    Steps:
    • Combine onion, bread cumbs, parmesan. Add beef & mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
    • Arrange bread in a single layer in ungreased 9x13 pan.
    • Combine cream cheese, may, Italian seasoning.
    • Spread over bread
    • Sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella
    • Combine sauce, water, garlic. Add meatballs.
    • Pour over cheese mixture.
    • Top with remaining mozzarella
    • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
