    Default Red Pepper Relish

Order nail wraps from a Jamberry Independent Consultant
Description: A very pretty alternative is to use different color bell peppers - at Thanksgiving one year I used red, yellow and green.

    Ingredients:
    • 3 red bell peppers
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 3/4 c sugar
    • 1/2 c vinegar (white cider)
    • 8 oz cream cheese
    Steps:
    • Dice peppers, salt and let sit overnight in fridge; drain juice. Boil with other ingredients (1/2 hour or so) until thickened. Pour over softened cream cheese. Serve with crackers. (I like wheat thins.)

I would make this ahead so your house doesn't smell of vinegar for your guests - that is dh's one complaint with this recipe! It is a very pretty dish and tastes great...
