    Default Herb Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Order nail wraps from a Jamberry Independent Consultant
Description: A lot of different spices- but WELL worth trying! Great on the grill or in the oven. Leftovers are fabulous reheated or cold on sandwhiches!

    Serving Size: Yields 8 servings

Time: 8 min actual prep, 30 min rest (or more), 40 min cooking (oven or grill)

Preparation: Prepare marinade first and let meat rest before preheating oven or grill (depending on preferred method of cooking)
**Hint** When making up the marinade, make multiple batches of the dry ingredients in small snack size zip-loc baggies. In the future when you want to make the marinade you will only have to combine a pre-made packet with the wet ingredients for a fast & easy marinade! I keep several on hand in the cupboard with the instructions for adding the wet ingredients and cooking written on the back in permanent marker- even DH can do it!

    Difficulty: EASY!

    Ingredients:
    • 1/4 cup soy sauce
    • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
    • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
    • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
    • 1 teaspoon rubbed sage
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon pepper
    • 1 (1 1/2 pound package) pork tenderloins
    Steps:
    • Stir together first 11 ingredients in a shallow dish or heavy duty zip-top plastic bag.
    • Prick pork with a fork, and place in marinade, turning to coat.
    • Cover or seal; let stand at room temperature 30 minutes or chill 2 hours (overnight is even better!) .
    • Remove from marinade, discarding marinade.
    • Place pork on a rack in a roasting pan.
    • Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 160. (Best on grilled on the grill in my opinion!)

My parents came over last night, and we had this for dinner. It was very yummy. Everyone enjoyed it, even my toddlers.

can you tell me how to grill on a gas grill? I'm a novice, well, actually a grill virgin. Dh does all the grilling and that's been limited to burgers, some chicken, and pork steaks. I'd love to try it.

On our gas grill to cook this Neal turns on the front and back burners to low and then puts the tenderloin in the center and cooks with the lid shut about 35 minutes (no need to turn)... just check the internal temp after 35-40 minutes and enjoy!
