  • 1lb Ground Beef (or Turkey)
  • 2 cups Dry Pasta (Bow Tie, Shells, etc)
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1/2 green pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can Chicken Broth
  • 1 can Stewed Tomatos, drained
  • 1 TBSP Vinegar (I use half Balsamic, half white)
  • 3/4 Tsp sugar
  • 3/4 Tsp Chili Powder
  • 3/4 Tsp Garlic Salt
  • Brown Ground Beef, onion, pepper and garlic then drain the fat. Set aside in separate bowl.
  • In the same skillet, add the uncooked pasta & chicken broth and cook approx 9-10 min, till pasta is al dente. (No need to drain, most all liquid will already be absorbed)
  • Add to the pasta: pre-cooked ground beef/veggies, chili powder, garlic salt, stewed tomatos, vinegar and sugar.
  • If desired, add some Red Pepper Flakes to kick it up, but kids may not like it that way.
  • Heat up about 5 min to combine all flavors - Delicious!
