    Default Fruit Salsa

Order nail wraps from a Jamberry Independent Consultant
Description: This is a Tupperware recipe... SO YUMMY!

Serving Size: 1.5 cups? Fits in a bowl a little bigger than a cereal bowl.

    Time: 10 minutes

Preparation: Wash the fruit, and get out your chopper!
Tupperware calls for using their Quik Chef chopper, but I don't have mine yet... I used my Pampered Chef chopper and it worked fine. A regular food processor would work just as well also.

    Difficulty: EASY PEASY

    Ingredients:
    • 1 large Granny Smith Apple
    • 8 - 10 Strawberries
    • 1 Kiwi Fruit
    • 1 tbsp. Apple Jelly (not totally necessary, but it helps)
    • Graham Crackers
    Steps:
    • 1. Core the apple, or slice it into 8 slices. Use your chopper / food processor to chop it up as fine as you would like. (I like mine a little chunky!)
    • 2. Place chopped apple in serving bowl...
    • 3. Chop strawberries and add to bowl.
    • 4. Chop kiwi fruit and add to bowl.
    • 5. Add apple jelly, and mix it all together.
    • 6. Serve with graham crackers. (Although my dad ate it with tortilla chips and thought the salty / sweet combo was good.)

This is a very yummy recipe!! I make it all the time in the summer, except my recipe came from pampered chef
I have used apricot jelly and add a tiny bit of brown sugar and then use cinnamon tortilla chips.
I might just have to go make it right now!
