Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground
  • beef
  • 1/2 of an onion,
  • chopped
  • 16 oz. can whole kernel
  • corn
  • 15 oz. can of chili w/
  • beans
  • 1 pkg. chili seasoning
  • mix
Steps:
  • Cooking day:
  • Brown meat and onion. Drain. Stir in corn, chili, and
  • seasoning. Simmer about 10 minutes. Cool and freeze in
  • freezer bag.
  • Serving day:
  • Defrost chili mixture and heat. Prepare one can Hungry
  • Jack Buttermilk Biscuits. Split the biscuits in half and
  • spoon chili mixture on top. Top with shredded cheddar of
  • parmesan cheese.
