Is it better after being frozen, or can you just eat it the same day?

You can eat it the same day. All of the freezer recipes I'm posting can be eaten the same day, I'm just including the freezer steps in case anyone wants them.

This is DELICIOUS. A lot of times I'll get a whole cut up chicken and make two pans, each with one leg, thigh, wing, and breast. Freeze one pan, eat the other for dinner. The kids love it - the italian dressing makes the chicken so moist and tender.

Do you have a favorite brand for your dressing?

Not really. I usually just use the Kroger brand - I'm cheap like that! Or just whatever I have in the fridge - that's the only salad dressing I'll eat (I don't usually use salad dressing on my salads though ).

Should it soak up all the moisture?

    Yay! Can't wait to try this...and it's gluten-free, too.

Any adjustments in cook time for boneless breasts? That's all we ever have, except maybe in the summer, when we grill.

I made it with boneless last night and didn't adjust the cooking time at all. It was really good! The only thing I would do that isn't suggested, is cook it covered so the cheese doesn't brown. It was a hit!
