Serving Size: 24 rolls; about 6 servings, 4 if you're hungry

  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough or pizza crust
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 T chopped fresh parsley
  • preheat oven to 400*. roll dough into a 14X24 inch rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. cook meat till brown, draining any fat. stir remaining ingredients into meat (cheese SHOULD NOT MELT). spoon evenly onto dough, pressing the filling lightly into the dough.
  • roll like a jelly roll, and slice into about 24 1" slices. lightly grease two cookie sheets, lay slices on sheets about 1" apart. let sit for 10 minutes. bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. serve with pizza or spaghetti sauce.
  • pepperoni slices would be REALLY good in time, i think i will use pepperoni.
