Serving Size: 8 servings

Preparation: Pre-heat oven to 350*.

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz package of manicott
  • 16 oz carton of cottage cheese
  • 16 oz carton of ricotta cheese
  • 1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 c. grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 T chopped fresh parsely
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
Steps:
  • boil manicotti. mix ricotta, cottage cheese, mozzarella and parmesan, salt and pepper, parsely and eggs.
  • drain pasta, stuff each with cheese mixture. layer in a dish with sauce, bake at 350*for 45 minutes, covered. uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
