Description: Yummy and easy chicken that my whole family LOVES!

Time: 10 min prep, 45 min cook time

Difficulty: Easy

  • 1.5 pounds chicken breast
  • 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup French or Catalina salad dressing
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • rice or noodles (optional)
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Wash and pat dry chicken breast pieces.
  • Spray baking dish with non-stick spray.
  • In a bowl, mix together cranberry sauce, salad dressing, and onion soup mix.
  • Place half of sauce mixture in the bottom of baking dish.
  • Layer on chicken breast pieces.
  • Top with remainder of sauce mixture.
  • Bake for 30-45 minutes until chicken cooked through.
  • Serve over hot rice or noodles, if desired.
