Spicy Italian Beef (crockpot)
Place beef in slow cooker, cut in half if you need to fit better in slower cooker
drain peperoncini; pull off stems ends and discard (I am useind already sliced up peperoncini). Add peperoncini, broth, beer and salad dressing mic to slow cooker; DO NOT stir. Cover; cook on low 8 hrs to 10 hrs
Remove meat from slower cooker;shred with 2 forks. Return shredded meat to slower cooker;mix well
Serve on frenche bread,topped with cheese, if desired. Add additonal sauce and peperoncini, if desired.

I am making this tonight. It looks so good in the book. I added carrots and red potatos to the cockpot. I am making it more of a pot roast vs putting it on bread. Trying to save some calories....
