Preparation: Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Difficulty: Easy

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 8 oz Velveeta, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 large can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
  • Cook and crumble bacon.
  • Brown hamburger and onions in a skillet. Season with season salt and pepper, if desired.
  • Drain.
  • Stir in Velveeta. Once melted, add bacon and mushrooms to mixture.
  • Spray a 15X8 baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Pat pizza dough to size of sheet.
  • Spread hamburger mixture to within 1 inch of all sides.
  • Roll up. Turn seam side down.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden.
