I may fix this for dinner tonight.
So not what I should probably be eating, but it's probably ok every once in a while.

Do it!! I've thought about putting it on some sort of bun and making a sandwich but I've never tried it. If doing that I'd use 3 breasts to thicken it up a bit. With 2 it is really creamy, with 3 it is definitely chunkier.

Wow Nicole! I posted a Buffalo Chicken soup recipe today and didn't realize how close our recipes are - I am sure this is yummy! I like the idea of putting it on a bun! I must try!

I saw that soup and thought the same thing! Sounds delicious. Need to try Kere's buffalo chicken lasagna too. Anything with buffalo sauce HAS to be good!

Re: Buffalo Chicken Dip (CrockPot)
Does this have to stay warm? Or after it's done, can you put it in a bowl and take it? You know how some cream cheese dips can tend to get too "gunky" after getting cooler? Just wondering for SuperBowl....

Re: Buffalo Chicken Dip (CrockPot)
I always keep it in the crock pot for parties so it stays warm.
I do usually end up turning it off and on a few times(my small one doesn't have a Warm setting) so it doesn't burn around the edges. I've never tried it any other way so I have no idea!

This is very good!
I also have added a couple cans of pinto beans (drained) for the last 30 mins of cooking, good that way too!
