    ALL I can say is...OH-MY-GOSH!
    Those were AMAZING!
I had my ils over for dinner bc mil watched the kids for 2 hrs today.
I told her turkey burgs and was thinking of your recipe.
There were here and we were just about to eat....dh calls, I told him what we were having. He said, does my dad know what he is having. I said yes.
FIL LOVED them so did mil...I'll be making these again and I thinkt hey want them for Sunday(we're having a picnic here...)

I was concerned about the ginger bc I forgot to mention this to mil when I invited her this afternoon.
WELL! No worries there.....it is so subtle and lovely!

Jessie, thank you sooo much for posting this!

I noticed this pop up yesterday and i'm planning on making them today, but wondering about how they go with cheese.... I have a hard time imagining any burger without cheese, but with the flavoring in these, it seems like it might not mesh....what did you guys do?

WE have had them at least 3 times now Me many more times, about 5

I don't put anything on them.
Dh probably put ketchup as always....our friend put mustard...
    my il's mayo or something.

    Cheese, eh, not so sure.
I don't consider it to be that type of burger
But maybe a mozz or provolone would be ok...
