Time: up to 10 minutes

Preparation: If your chops have lots of fat on them, boil them for about 10 minutes so you can easily cut the fat off.

  • 4 thick pork chops
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. ketchup
  • 2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
  • Put pork chops in crock pot. Cover with Cream of Mushroom (or Chicken) soup, 1/4 c. ketchup and 2 tsps Worchestershire sauce. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over rice.
