  • 2TBLS Butter
  • 1C Chopped Onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1pkg of Turkey Store lean Ground turkey (about 1-1 1/4lb meat)
  • 1/2C Fresh Bread crumbs
  • 1large Egg
  • 3/4C Ketchup
  • 2tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Heat Oven 350 degrees. Melt butter in small skillet over med heat. Add onion and garlic, cook 5 min, stirring occasionally. Transfer mixture to a large bowl;cool 5 min
  • Add turkey,breadcrumbs,egg, 1/4C Ketchup,Worcestershire, salt, and pepper to onion mixture;mix well
  • Pack into an 8x4 inch loaf pan. Spread remaining ketchup over top. Bake for 50 to55 min or until no longer pink in center. Let Stand at room temp 5 min before slicing Makes 5 servings
