Mine are in the oven. This is great for a no-egg recipe. I substituted with ground flax seeds, but might not have needed them since pumpkin itself is a substitute. They look and smell great. Hope they are a hit at the Mom's Coffee tomorrow!
Need to make another batch. They were yummy. I made them gf and added some applesauce and cut the oil a bit. I think I could cut some of the sugar too.
I subbed gf flour and the flax for the eggs but kept the oil. We tried one tonight. So good!!!
B ate our last one this morning. Definitely making again.
